weirdonbaseTerms of Service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms apply to WeirdOnBase at weirdonbase.com and studio.weirdonbase.com.
1. The service
WeirdOnBase provides tools for creating fictional adult AI influencer characters with distinctive identities and for preparing short-form video prompts. Our broader product direction includes personalities, social presence and authorized account content management.
The current release provides X sign-in, random character image generation, private character collections, creator attribution, DNA metadata, image/JSON downloads and video prompt kits. It does not autonomously operate X accounts, publish posts, render videos, connect user Bankr wallets or collect $WOB payments. Planned features are not a promise of availability or a launch date.
2. Accounts and eligibility
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Use an X account you control, protect your account and do not share another person's credentials. Your numeric X ID identifies your studio account; changing your handle does not create a new owner for existing characters. Signing out ends the current session.
3. X authorization and future automation
Signing in with X authorizes profile lookup for identification. It does not authorize posting, replies, direct messages, follows or account management. This release does not request write permissions or retain X access tokens after sign-in.
If publishing or autonomous social features are introduced, they will require a separate explicit authorization explaining the accounts, actions and permissions involved. Users must be able to stop the enabled automation and revoke access. No content will be published from an account without its owner's authorization. Users remain responsible for reviewing their content and complying with X's rules.
Do not use WeirdOnBase for spam, bulk unsolicited engagement, platform manipulation or misleading impersonation. Clearly identify automated AI/bot accounts and who operates them when applicable. Photographic realism is a creative style, not permission to deceive people about a fictional identity.
4. Content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you create, download and publish. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation of minors, infringement of another person's rights or deceptive impersonation. Do not bypass account access checks, generation limits or payment controls.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, similar to other outputs or inconsistent across generations. A character DNA or creator record identifies an application record; it is not an NFT, a guarantee of a unique face or a grant of exclusive intellectual property rights. Commercial use depends on applicable provider terms and the rights involved.
5. Generation, credits and planned payments
Each new generation selects one combination and requests at most one image. There is no automatic paid retry or reroll. A failed connection or unknown provider outcome does not prove that the provider did not generate or charge for the request.
In the current release, provider generation uses credits funded by the WeirdOnBase operator. Enabling access does not give us permission to debit a user's wallet, and no automatic user token deduction is implemented. We do not promise free replacement generations or provider refunds.
$WOB is planned as a utility token on Base, with a possible future role in paying for generation. It is not required for this release. Before any user payment feature is enabled, its quote, denomination, authorization, failure-charge rules and settlement process will be explained separately. No returns or token value are promised.
6. Video tools and external providers
The video kit contains prompts, not rendered video. You must attach the downloaded character image in your chosen video tool and select supported settings. Reference images and prompts can help consistency but cannot guarantee identical faces, voices or motion. External tools have their own fees and terms.
X, Bankr LLM, model providers and hosting services operate independently. WeirdOnBase does not imply endorsement by X or Bankr. Provider availability and response times may change.
7. Availability and account closure
We may limit access, suspend misuse or change the service. Availability, uninterrupted operation and output quality are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important images and prompts. To request account closure, contact us using the details below. Revoking X access does not itself erase studio records; request deletion separately.
8. Changes and applicable rights
We will update the date on this page when these terms change. Material changes, including new account actions or payment permissions, will be communicated before those features are enabled. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
